Player Biography:
Midfielder born in Eccles, 1957.
Played with Manchester United's A & B teams before moving to Southport and then on to Ewen Fields. After his brief stint at Hyde he joined New Mills and then had spells with Pwlheli, Darwen, Prescot Cables and Horwich RMI. A move to the North East saw him join Gateshead where he won the NPL championship and also played in the Conference for them, he joined Barrow in 1990. As a student he captained the British Polytechnics team and was selected to represent Great Britain at The World Student Games in the Mexico City event of 1979.
